Monday 23rd March 2008 - Website of the Week
Having been on an ICT course last week, they highly recommended the website
Club Penguin. Not knowing much about it I asked my class 5D what they thought
and was bombarded with really good feedback. So now the secret is

Monday 17th March 2008 - Website of the Week
What a great website CBeebies is ! Aimed at children in nursery, reception
and Key Stage 1 it covers ages from 3 - 7. With the likes of Pingu, Numberjacks, Bob the Builder and In the Night Garden,
you cannot go wrong. Yes my name is Iggle Piggle ! Mr Duff's rating - a perfect 5/5

Monday 10th March 2008 - Website of the Week
A superb website from the BBC aimed at children in Key Stage 2. So if you
are aged between 7 and 11 this site could be for you. It has educational interactive videos, games, creative ideas and much
more but instead of me telling you all about it, click on the logo and see for yourself ! Mr Duff's rating

WorldMathsDay.com
- World Maths Day is on Wednesday 5th March and they have an excellent maths game called Mathletics.
You can have online maths battles with children and teachers from all over the world. It is very additive and fantastic
fun. The only thing is, this website only lasts until the 16th March 2008, so get playing now ! Click the "maths" logo to

about this great day. Not only that this website has competitions and some super games. My personal favourite is called
"Jane Blonde" - Use your observation and memory skills in the spy lab to help

This is an absolute must site for children and parents alike. It features a fantastic cyber cafe where you can help Jason,
Sunil, Ali and others keep safe when using new technology.

Google Earth - Look at the Earth from space ! Type in where you live, press
search and zoom straight in. Can you find the school? Or are you finding out about a country at the moment and would like
to have closer look? There is so much to see. I love this site !! You can now even look at the stars ! Just press the
"switch between Sky and Earth" button and off you go !
