Welcome to our School Council page !
What is the School Council all about?
How can we help?

The School Council is for children who have ideas to improve our school. You become a school council member when you are elected by your class members. If they think you will put forward their ideas.

When you're in the first school council meeting you are elected jobs and responsibilities including a chairperson and a minute recorder.

We have meetings every half term to discuss ideas that could benefit our school. We have two children from each Key Stage 2 class, a Key Stage 1 representative, as well as having two teachers who attend and have have regular contact with our head teacher to discuss our ideas.

We enjoy our jobs because it gives us the chance to have a say about our school and help make a happy community.

Written by Ellie - Year 5 and Bethany - Year 6

School Council members are:
Abbey, Sam, Brooke and Kyle from Year 3
James, Adele, Jack and Nikita from Year 4
Max, Bethany, Peter and Ellie from Year 5
Luke, Rebecca, Jack and Bethany from Year 6

So if you have an idea that would improve the school sugguest it here and it could be discussed at the next School Council meeting.
